A guide to your first float experience.
For your first float, please arrive 10 minutes early so our attendant can share helpful tips. To make the most of your experience, please follow our guide below:
Avoid Caffeine
Avoid caffeine before your float as it increases brain and nervous system activity, making it harder to relax.
Avoid Heavy Meal
Avoid heavy meals before your float. Floating on a full stomach can be uncomfortable.
Avoid Shaving
Try to avoid shaving or waxing right before your float, as salt water may irritate freshly shaved skin
Your First Float Experience

01
Make yourself comfortable in your assigned float room. No one will enter until your session is complete. If necessary, change into swimwear, but for the best experience, we recommend floating naked to avoid any interference.
02
Please take a quick shower to remove any oils or products from your skin and hair. No lotions or conditioners are needed before your float. Insert ear plugs which are provided.
03
Step into your Whale-pod, lie back, and relax. An optional halo is available for extra comfort. Your session begins with a brief moment of soothing music. Let your body unwind and your mind float away!
04
Gentle music will signal the end of your session. Afterward, rinse off the salt in the shower and take a moment to enjoy your refreshed state in our relaxation room.
