Service Description
A 30 min session in our private infrared sauna room. Experience deep relaxation and healing with our state of the art infrared sauna therapy. Infrared heat penetrates deeply into muscles and joints, promoting detoxification, reducing inflammation, and easing muscle tension. This gentle warmth boosts circulation, enhances recovery, and leaves you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and rejuvenated from the inside out. The IR Sauna has recliners to make your experience even more relaxing!
Cancellation Policy
Dream Float & Wellness requires full payment to be paid upfront. Payments are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance, and your deposit will be applied to your future booking. If rescheduling isn't possible, kindly contact us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Important info Please complete our consultation form/s online before arrival. At Dream Float & Wellness we provide everything you need apart from swimwear (sauna use). Within every sauna and float room, a shower facility is available. Towels and robes are provided for an additional £2 fee per person (you are welcome to bring your own) A hairdryer and straightener are available in our vanity area post session. Feel free to bring a hairbrush, personal lotions, hair products or make up if needed. Please call the centre on 7598 132434 if you require more information. Late arrival may shorten the allocated time for your session.
